The  gift shop at 'Healing Art Passages' has many unique and awe-inspiring pieces. Each is hand crafted with thought given to its recipient. If you are seeking a piece that will be remembered or an occasion that requests an individual token, ours is the place you will find it. Our artists will often create one personally for you!

Featured artisans at 'Healing Art Passages' currently are:

Ken Nichols, who was also our featured artist in July of 09,  does ceramic work in bowls, candles and mugs~a variety of brightly colored earings and 'African Dream Bracelets'! (my favorite..what wearable opportunity!) And don't forget his brilliantly painted clocks and framed mirrors!Their Aboriginal feel transports you to another time & place.

Jeremy & Amber, from Baltimore ,Maryland,have begun a new venture called 'Saltlicks'! From them we carry an assortment of  elegantly decorative & clean burning soy candles and 'eambird's yummy  flavored lip balm! (when people walk into the shop, they say 'it smells soooo good in here!..yup! its the candles!) Best of all, they're made with Love!

Amy Komar, a ceramist and story teller, has several very moving figurative pieces with poetically written words inside a 'story box'. Amy will create one spefically for you or your particular occasion! You have to see these and feel their heartfelt images to appreciate their creations!

Ron Kalinowski, also a ceramist  features figurative & thought provoking  raku' masks. These pieces were created to heal and will continue when one resonates with your heart.

Ron , in addition, creates beautifully high pitched,hand stretched heads on his decorative ceramic drums! If you've ever joined in a drum circle, these carry an incredible sound. Come in and try one! 

Ron leads our 'Harmonic Singing' circles along with friend Jon Horne.(You haven't heard a lullabye till' you've joined in with this duo)

Dorothy, has created some exraordinary 3 dinentional 'dream catchers' that will grab your attention soon as you walk in! Dorothy's take on the world speaks through creations. Anyone would love to receive one of these intriguing pieces that speak of ancient beliefs and modern truths.

 Dorothy  also creates beautiful feathered earrings with much the same flair.Their feminine expression speaks volumns!

Paul Ennis brings light and color to our gallery with his hanging stained glass pieces in our wondows!.These Sun Catchers caught my eye at the Syracuse Downtown Art Fest! These are wonderful for chakra work and offer very healing therapudic color energy to enhance any space. What a rejuvenating gift!

Elizabeth Moldenhauer creates some of the most amazing felted fiber arts I've ever seen. Each piece has so much personality, you'll want them all!...but choose the one that has its own feel of intimate taste and comfort for you! As a gift, its like sending a hug to wrap around a loved one's neck!

Also, since our Bellydancing teacher has arrived, we are carrying some costume pieces and shimmie ties along with some beautiful scarves and complete bedding& pillow covers.

Vanessa Johnson has brought her beautiful fabric pieces to the shop. She is a quilter and storyteller among other things. You must come in and see her fettishes,her 'street trash' people,fabric books, diaries, and quilted pieces inscripted with her poetry loving words.and wait! till you hear her stories!! She will be our Dec. featured artist to show, sell and speak!

Michael North has just joined us also. Michael creates some incredibly detailed works in leather and will do  custome orders as well. We carry some of his round boxes and in different sizes but you can look thru' his book to see what other creations he does. You may catch Michael in the shop from time to time doing his tooling to get a greater appreciation for his work. Stop by!(Nov 14th& 15th!)
